I'm going to keep this short, because we didn't do much today and my plan was to only write about things that stood out.
We did go to some show homes this morning - just to get out and because, as previously mentioned, there's a lot of new building development in the area. In the afternoon I went for another walk - along to the Reculver church ruins and a couple of kilometers beyond, on the sea wall. I would have kept going but after a number of lovely sunny days in the low 20s, the temperature has dropped to about 11C with a very chilly wind. So the walk was a bit of a slog.
The wind has brought clear air and I did get a better view of the Maunsell Forts I mentioned before:
